Cette \u00e9tude montre que 25 % des adultes ne sont pas satisfaits de leur sommeil et que 10 \u00e0 15 % subissent les cons\u00e9quences de l&rsquo;insomnie pendant la journ\u00e9e. Elle indique \u00e9galement que 36,5 % des insomniaques ne se sentent pas repos\u00e9s le matin. Notez que les personnes souffrant d&rsquo;insomnie dorment en moyenne 1 heure de moins que les non-insomniaques. Ce n&rsquo;est pas le temps de sommeil qui d\u00e9finit un insomniaque, mais la qualit\u00e9 et le caract\u00e8re r\u00e9parateur de son sommeil.      \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9456d3e elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"9456d3e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Qu'est-ce que l'insomnie ?  <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-176570e elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"176570e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Le nom de l&rsquo;insomnie vient du latin Somnus, qui signifie sommeil. L&rsquo;insomnie est class\u00e9e parmi les troubles du sommeil et est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme le trouble du sommeil le plus courant. Les troubles du rythme circadien, la narcolepsie et l&rsquo;hypersomnie sont \u00e9galement des troubles du sommeil.    <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Le principal sympt\u00f4me de l&rsquo;insomnie est la difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 dormir suffisamment. L&rsquo;insomnie survient lorsque les activit\u00e9s diurnes sont perturb\u00e9es par les cons\u00e9quences du manque de sommeil (somnolence, irritabilit\u00e9, maux de t\u00eate, troubles de la concentration, etc.) <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Il est vrai que certaines personnes peuvent dormir seulement quelques heures par nuit sans souffrir d&rsquo;insomnie. Elles ne sont pas consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme des insomniaques.   <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">En s&rsquo;attaquant \u00e0 la cause sous-jacente de l&rsquo;insomnie, la plupart des gens se r\u00e9tablissent et parviennent \u00e0 obtenir un sommeil de bonne qualit\u00e9. Quelques nuits d&rsquo;insomnie ne sont pas mortelles, mais un manque de sommeil chronique peut devenir tr\u00e8s n\u00e9faste. <\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-47b0dcf elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"47b0dcf\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4><strong>Sympt\u00f4mes de l&rsquo;insomnie<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Plusieurs sympt\u00f4mes permettent de diagnostiquer l&rsquo;insomnie. En voici quelques-uns : <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 s&rsquo;endormir<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Se r\u00e9veiller plusieurs fois pendant la nuit<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9veil pr\u00e9matur\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>Fatigue<\/li>\n<li>Irritabilit\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>Diminution de la concentration ou de la capacit\u00e9 d&rsquo;attention<\/li>\n<li>Anxi\u00e9t\u00e9<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Il existe deux types d&rsquo;insomnie :<\/span><\/strong><\/h5>\n<p><strong><em>Insomnie primaire<\/em><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"><strong>: <\/strong>Difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 s&rsquo;endormir ou \u00e0 rester endormi qui n&rsquo;est pas li\u00e9e \u00e0 des probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 ou autres.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> <\/span><strong><em>Insomnie secondaire<\/em><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"><strong>:<\/strong> Un individu a des probl\u00e8mes de sommeil qui sont li\u00e9s \u00e0 des probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9, \u00e0 des m\u00e9dicaments, \u00e0 des substances (alcool, drogues&#8230;) et au stress.<\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-62f3085 elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"62f3085\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"vc_row wpb_row vc_inner vc_row-fluid\">\n<div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-12\">\n<div class=\"vc_column-inner\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<h4><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"><strong>Causes de l&rsquo;insomnie<\/strong> <\/span><\/h4>\n<p>L&rsquo;insomnie peut \u00eatre associ\u00e9e \u00e0 de nombreuses causes, y compris des facteurs environnementaux qui affectent directement le sommeil. Ces facteurs comprennent le bruit, la lumi\u00e8re ou l&rsquo;exposition \u00e0 des \u00e9crans avant le coucher. <\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Les facteurs psychologiques doivent \u00e9galement \u00eatre pris en compte. L&rsquo;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 et le stress ont un impact consid\u00e9rable sur notre capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 bien dormir. Parfois, l&rsquo;insomnie cache \u00e9galement un autre trouble du sommeil.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Outre les facteurs li\u00e9s au mode de vie et \u00e0 l&rsquo;environnement, votre trouble du sommeil peut \u00e9galement r\u00e9sulter d&rsquo;un probl\u00e8me de sant\u00e9 aigu ou chronique, d&rsquo;o\u00f9 l&rsquo;importance de consulter un sp\u00e9cialiste du sommeil pour d\u00e9tecter tout probl\u00e8me de sant\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">L&rsquo;insomnie peut \u00eatre subdivis\u00e9e en deux cat\u00e9gories :<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong><em>Insomnie aigu\u00eb<\/em><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"><strong>: <\/strong>Caus\u00e9e par un \u00e9v\u00e9nement sp\u00e9cifique (d\u00e9c\u00e8s, divorce, perte d&#8217;emploi, etc.). Ce type d&rsquo;insomnie peut durer quelques semaines. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Insomnie chronique<\/em><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"><strong>: <\/strong>L&rsquo;insomnie survient au moins trois fois par semaine pendant une p\u00e9riode d&rsquo;un mois. Elle peut \u00eatre li\u00e9e \u00e0 une douleur chronique, un stress chronique, une d\u00e9pression, une anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, etc. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"><br \/>Il existe plusieurs causes d&rsquo;insomnie chronique, notamment<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Insomnie due \u00e0 une mauvaise hygi\u00e8ne du sommeil<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Insomnie li\u00e9e \u00e0 un trouble mental<\/li>\n<li>Insomnie due \u00e0 la prise de m\u00e9dicaments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Voici d&rsquo;autres troubles du sommeil \u00e0 prendre en compte en cas d&rsquo;insomnie :<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"><a href=\"https:\/\/dormalab.com\/restless-legs-syndrome\/\">Syndrome des jambes sans repos<\/a> <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Ce trouble du sommeil se caract\u00e9rise par une sensation d\u00e9sagr\u00e9able dans les jambes et un besoin incontr\u00f4lable de bouger les jambes pendant une p\u00e9riode de relaxation ou de sommeil.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"_e75a791d-denali-editor-page-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/dormalab.com\/obstructive-sleep-apnea\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Apn\u00e9e du sommeil<\/span><\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">L&rsquo;apn\u00e9e du sommeil est une pause respiratoire qui dure 10 secondes ou plus et qui peut se produire plusieurs fois au cours de la nuit. Si vous n&rsquo;arrivez pas \u00e0 dormir, sortez du lit, faites une activit\u00e9 relaxante comme lire un magazine et r\u00e9essayez plus tard. <\/span><\/p>\n<h5><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">2. Cr\u00e9ez un environnement calme  <\/span><\/h5>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Votre chambre \u00e0 coucher doit \u00eatre d\u00e9di\u00e9e au sommeil. L&rsquo;environnement doit offrir calme et s\u00e9r\u00e9nit\u00e9. Cr\u00e9ez une atmosph\u00e8re relaxante avec une lumi\u00e8re de faible intensit\u00e9 et \u00e9vitez les facteurs de nuisance (appareils \u00e9lectroniques, lumi\u00e8re, bruit&#8230;). Les couleurs vives sont \u00e9galement \u00e0 \u00e9viter ; les tons neutres et chauds sont pr\u00e9f\u00e9rables. Veillez \u00e0 ce que votre pi\u00e8ce soit sombre, fra\u00eeche, calme et d\u00e9pourvue d&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9ments stressants.      <\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h5><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">3. Utiliser des techniques de relaxation  <\/span><\/h5>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Les techniques de relaxation aident le corps et l&rsquo;esprit \u00e0 se d\u00e9tendre avant de s&rsquo;endormir. Vous pouvez \u00e9couter de la musique relaxante, pratiquer le yoga, la m\u00e9ditation, etc. Toutes ces activit\u00e9s peuvent vous aider \u00e0 passer une bonne nuit de sommeil.    <\/span><\/p>\n<h5><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">4. \u00catre actif  <\/span><\/h5>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Faire de l&rsquo;exercice r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement peut aider \u00e0 lutter contre l&rsquo;insomnie. Cependant, faites attention au moment o\u00f9 vous faites de l&rsquo;exercice et \u00e9vitez les exercices intenses au moins deux heures avant l&rsquo;heure du coucher. <\/span><\/p>\n<h5><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">5. Suivez un r\u00e9gime alimentaire sain  <\/span><\/h5>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">La consommation d&rsquo;alcool et les repas copieux le soir doivent \u00eatre \u00e9vit\u00e9s. Pr\u00e9voyez de manger au moins 2 \u00e0 3 heures avant de vous coucher. \u00c9vitez \u00e9galement de fumer, surtout le soir. Ne consommez du caf\u00e9, du th\u00e9 et d&rsquo;autres aliments contenant de la caf\u00e9ine que le matin.   <\/span><\/p>\n<h5><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">6. Consulter un sp\u00e9cialiste<\/span><\/h5>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Il est important de traiter votre insomnie ainsi que tout autre trouble du sommeil, comme les jambes sans repos ou l&rsquo;apn\u00e9e du sommeil.
