If you already have a prescription from your family doctor, you can upload it to order a WatchPAT or book your ring pickup immediately.
If you don't have one, don't worry. You can book a virtual or in-person consultation with our medical team. We will assess your eligibility and, if appropriate, issue the necessary prescription so you can proceed with testing.
If you already have a valid prescription, yes, you can purchase the device or request a quote immediately. If you do not have a prescription yet, you must first schedule a consultation with our team to ensure the test is right for you.
Yes, the test itself is free, but a prescription is required to book it. Since it is a rental device you pick up from our clinic, we require a credit card on file for security. You are not charged unless the device is lost, damaged, or kept beyond the agreed 1-night rental period ($50/day late fee).

WatchPAT One: Results are typically available very quickly (often within 72 hours) because the data uploads automatically and there is no device to return.
Sleep Ring: Results generally take up to one week after you drop the device back off at our clinic, as our team must physically process the data.
The waitlist applies only to the Free Sleep Ring due to high demand. It operates on a first-come, first-served basis. When a device is ready for pickup, we notify you via SMS. (There is never a waitlist for the WatchPAT One).
