At home sleep test
The cardiorespiratory polygraph is a sleep test that is performed at home to identify sleep disorders. It records all breathing parameters while the patient sleeps to determine a diagnosis of sleep apnea. It is also known as a Level 3 sleep study.
Sleep test in clinic laboratory
Polysomnography is a sleep test that takes place in a clinic. I is used to diagnose sleep disorders. It records the patient’s brain waves, the blood oxygen level, heart rate, breathing and leg movements. It is also known as a Level 1 sleep test.
If you suffer from respiratory problems, a pulmonologist will perform a complete lung exam using procedures such as bloodwork, chest X-rays, CT scans and a sleep test to diagnose chronic lung or respiratory illness.
A Dorma sleep specialist will give you all the information you need to know about CPAP therapy, and how to use and care for your CPAP machine.
We provide a range of services for the assessment and treatment of sleep disorders (insomnia, sleep difficulties, sleep apnea, etc.) with a team that includes psychologists and respiratory therapists.

During this procedure, your teeth and/or jaw are repositioned. An orthodontic treatment to align your teeth may be required before oral surgery.

Yes. Our clinic is equipped with a state-of-the-art sleep lab. We offer polysomnography tests and respiratory polygraphy to observe our patient’s sleep disorders, including sleep apnea.
Is the Montreal sleep clinic open on the weekend?
No. Our Montreal sleep clinic is open Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm.
Can I follow up my virtual consultation in person at the Montreal sleep clinic?
Yes. You can have a follow-up to your virtual consultation, in person, at the Montreal sleep clinic.
Do I need to take my sleep test at the clinic?
The Montreal sleep clinic offers equipment to test your sleep at home. You may come to the clinic to collect the test equipment, then return it the next day to review the results of the sleep study.
Do you accept patients who would like to buy a CPAP?
Yes. It is possible to come to the clinic to see several different CPAP devices and determine which model you need. You can then buy the CPAP machine at our clinic.
